How does the conveyor system work?

How are conveyor belts made?

The most common carcass materials are steel, polyester, nylon conveyor belt, cotton conveyor belt and aramid (heat-resistant and strong synthetic fibers). Covers are usually various rubber or plastic compounds.
Steel conveyor belts are used for heavy loads that require high strength and increased durability. Steel belts are made of steel wire rope - while lower strength belts use polyester, nylon and cotton. The advantage of using a lower strength material is that it reduces the required operating energy and increases product life. Rubber conveyor belts are also of great use.
