Anodizing or Anodic Oxidation is an electrochemical process of Oxidation by which it forms a protective layer of Aluminium Oxide on the Surface of the components. It is considerably used in the Aerospace Industry to provide a protective and corrosion resistant film on Aluminium. 

Anodizing provides special protection against moisture and dust, increases the hardness of components, provides resistance to abrasion, wear and corrosion, and gives an aesthetic finish to the part.

Aluminium Anodising is an electrochemical process that forms a protective oxide layer on the surface of aluminium products. The process involves placing the aluminum part in a bath of electrolyte solution and passing an electric current through it. The current causes the aluminium to oxidize, creating a hard and durable layer on the surface of the metal. The thickness and color of the anodized layer can be controlled based on the type of electrolyte solution used and the amount of electric current applied.
