Plastic Sealer Films

Plastic Sealer Films come in a variety of sizes, styles, and materials. Offered options include PP Plastic, PE Plastic, PET-ES Plastic, Aluminum Foil, and Paper Films, available in both custom printed and clear designs. My experience shows that ensuring compatibility of the sealing film with the cup type is crucial; for instance, PP will adhere only to PP cups, while PET-ES film bonds with nearly all cups, including most PLA varieties.

PP Sealing Films

PP Sealing films are exclusively constructed from PP Plastic, meant only for use with PP containers. They create a strong bond, designed not to be peeled off easily. This film type is the most prevalent and typically used with 95mm PP Cups.

PE Sealing Films

PE Sealer Films are tailored for Paper Cups coated with PE Plastic and can also be utilized with most (but not all) PP cups. These films do not form as strong a bond compared to PP films, making them suitable for applications where a peel-off feature is desired. In cases where a film is intended to be peeled off, custom peel-tabs can be designed specifically for your cup or container.

PET-ES Sealing Films

PET-ES Sealing Films stand out as our most versatile option, compatible with a variety of containers including PP Plastic, PET Plastic, Paper, Styrofoam, and many PLA containers.

Paper Sealing Films

Paper Sealing Films are gaining traction as a sustainable alternative to plastic sealing films. We laminate our paper films with PE plastic to maintain waterproof properties. Such films effectively work with PE Paper Cups and some PP Cups. Additionally, most paper cups are 90mm, necessitating a 90mm sealer machine, or a 95mm sealer machine paired with a 90mm adapter ring.

Aluminum Foil Sealing Films

This is our initial metallic foil sealing film, where we take our PET-ES film and electroplate it with VMPET material. These films effectively seal cups ranging from 60mm to 100mm in diameter, suitable for various applications including yogurt, cheese, milk, and wine.

Custom Sealing Film

Investing in Custom Sealer Film is a fantastic strategy to enhance your brand visibility. Ordering films in bulk (generally 60 rolls) significantly reduces the cost per roll, potentially around $40-50/roll post-shipping. Our custom films allow for up to 5 colors printed at no extra cost. The production of these films takes about 30 days, with the option to ship via DHL Airmail or Sea Freight.
